Policies

Please review carefully before booking your appointment with The SkinRN.

Spa Etiquette

  • Quiet Entry Please: The is a shared wellness space, so I kindly ask that all clients enter the spa quietly and avoid phone conversations in the lobby. We want to be mindful of others receiving treatments nearby.

  • Restroom Location: Please use the restroom before entering the suite—it will be located to the right as soon as you step off the elevator.

Scheduling & Availability

  • By appointment only.

  • The booking calendar opens monthly.
    Do not schedule appointments for the following month, even if dates appear available.

  • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • You will receive a confirmation via text or email.
    If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment is not confirmed.
    Please contact The SkinRN directly to verify your booking.

Booking Fees & Payments

  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
    This fee is applied to your total service cost.

  • The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
    Accepted forms of payment: Exact Cash or Card only.
    Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash App are NOT accepted.

Late Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided.
    After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

  • Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time.

No-Show / No-Call Policy

  • Failure to show up or notify us of your absence will result in a charge of the full remaining balance.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please contact us immediately.
    Do not attend your appointment sick. If you fail to notify us, it will be considered a no-call/no-show.

Product Orders

  • All products are shipped only.

Local pickup is not available at this time.

Guests & Children

  • No additional guests or children are allowed in the treatment room for safety and comfort.

Groupon Clients

  • Groupon vouchers are honored for first-time clients only.

Do not purchase or redeem multiple vouchers — they will not be accepted.
